Zirconia bridges

In this patient, due to missing teeth and severe bruxism, we raised the bite and fabricated zirconia bridges. Before placing the bridges, we gradually raised the bite using splints to allow the joint and muscles to adapt. In this case we opted for full monolithic zirconia for its greater strength.
